Spirits Valentine’s Dinner For Two
Starting Wednesday through Saturday, enjoy a 3 course meal for 2 with:
Appetizer: CRAWFISH BREAD: Warm French bread topped with a delicious blend of crawfish, spinach, and melted cheese

CHARGRILLED FILET: Hand-cut, chargrilled 8oz filet of beef, served au poivre style, with cracked black pepper and
cognac cream sauce, served with au gratin potatoes or twice-baked potato
BLACKENED SNAPPER: Blackened snapper filet, topped with a Cajun crawfish cream sauce, served over creamy gouda grits
STUFFED SALMON: Blackened Salmon with a homemade boudin stuffing, topped with a wine butter sauce and three jumbo grilled shrimp over a bed of sautéed spinach
